Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery produces a wide range of high-quality petroleum products that meet stringent international and domestic standards. Our product catalog includes various grades of motor gasolines, diesel fuels, jet fuels, fuel oils, liquefied petroleum gases, petroleum bitumens, and petroleum coke.
All motor fuels produced by POCR comply with the K4 and K5 ecological classes of the Customs Union Technical Regulations, which corresponds to the Euro-4 and Euro-5 environmental standards. This significantly reduces the environmental impact of vehicle emissions.
Quality of Product
Quality control is a continuous process at POCR, handled by our Technical Control Department and Central Laboratory. The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art analytical equipment to perform precise measurements and ensure every batch of product meets the required specifications before shipment.
